Hayward Unified School District has received the AP Honor Roll, which is given to 433 districts in the U.S and Canada. This is an award that honors schools with high amounts of students participating in AP while also increasing or maintaining the percentage of students earning AP Exam scores of 3 or higher. This is a huge honor for HUSD due to its notorious reputation for having unmotivated students that do not do well academically. We are talking about the same district that had only a 76% graduation rate, according to Ballotpedia. Hayward Unified School District is proud to receive this award and shut down all the critics that have judged Hayward. With that in mind, we encourage Farmers to enroll in as many AP classes as they can handle. We need to keep the tradition going and bring pride to Hayward and the College Board.
