Last Wednesday, the Hayward High Farmers hosted a conference basketball game against rival school, Tennyson. The only difference between this game and other regular games this season was that this game was televised on the Comcast Home Network (CHN). This was an amazing experience for the players as much as it was for the students and staff. Students attending the game were loud and extremely supportive of our Farmers, and you could hear the rivalry and intense nature of the game when Tennyson players stood up to take their free throws, making for an exhilarating game. After a blowout score of 86-45 over a rival school, Farmers got the W. Thank you to the Farmer cheering section, athletic program and CHN for putting Hayward on the map.
